Returns & Refund Policy

Returns 

Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Satsuma for any reason within 7 days of delivery. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

Please inform us via email at satsumaafricanclothing@gmail.com of your wish to make a return. Please include your order number and a brief description of what you would like returned or exchanged. 

Please do not send items back to us until you have notified us of your intention to do so. We shall not be responsible for items lost while being returned.

 

Refunds

For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.

We will not reimburse you for return shipping costs or other costs that you incur in returning the goods to us. However, if your item is faulty, we will try to satisfy you in a best possible manner. 

 

Undelivered Shipments

In the instance that UPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us immediately. Once the package is in the hands of the UPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with UPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution.
